Users who shop at VODOME receive full or partial refunds if the item is not as described by the vendor or if they do not receive their item.
This guarantee is offered by VODOME in case the vendor is enlisted in our Shop with Confidence program to ensure that their purchase is protected against fraud by any vendor on the site.
All vendors listed in the program has the badge below next to their name in their store page.
If a shopper has purchased an item through VODOME and never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described by the vendor, the shopper will be reimbursed by VODOME the value of the item only. To be eligible for a shopper protection, the shopper needs to file a complaint with VODOME within three days of the initial date of purchase if the item hasn’t been received, or within three days from the effective receiving date of the relevant item. VODOME will investigate the matter and if it has been determined (in its sole discretion) that the vendor has intentionally defrauded the shopper in relation to the item for which VODOME has reimbursed the shopper, VODOME may limit, suspend or withdraw the vendor’s access to the site and/or the vendor’s membership and VODOME will charge the seller for VODOME’s costs in reimbursing the shopper and for any handling and shipping. VODOME reserves the right to take such further steps as it considers necessary, including, but not limited to, legal action. You acknowledge and agree that if any item returned to VODOME by a shopper is fraudulent or unlawful, then VODOME may in its sole discretion destroy the item or take any other steps as it considers necessary.
