How to return or exchange products?

If you want to return or exchange the products, you need to contact the vendor from whom it was bought. The vendor will tell you about the procedure for exchange/return of products and you can also submit a support ticket or a RMA request from your account.

You can contact the vendor by using the chat, message or contact information specified on his store page at our site, on the vendor’s website or on the product page. We recommend that you have a dialogue about the problem electronically.

If the vendor has not resolved your question, let us know about the problem.

We only consider document-confirmed complaints against vendors if your rights as a consumer have been violated (in accordance with the Law of Lebanon “On Consumer Protection”).

Who pays for the exchange and return of products?

Each vendor has its own order of exchange and return of products.
As a rule, vendors indicate on the site who pays for the transfer of goods in case of return or exchange, but you can always ask this question before buying.

What should I do if the company refuses to exchange/return the goods?

If the vendor has sent you a product that does not match the ordered or description on the company’s website and refuses to solve the problem in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Lebanon “On Consumer Protection”, please contact us.

In the correspondence you will need to specify in detail the essence of the complaint and provide:

1. Link to the vendor’s website.
2. Number of your order in the cart of the vendor.
3. Email correspondence with the site representative.
4. Documents confirming the transaction (receipt, consignment note).
5. Photos of the product received.

In addition, you may provide any other information you have in your possession regarding the agreement with the vendor, which may greatly expedite the consideration of your complaint.
